My wife and I took several tours with Jaco 360 last month and Walter was the guide for all of them. I cannot say how impressed we both were with his professionalism and knowledge.
While on a tour in Manual Antonio park, we saw an Eye Lash Pit Viper that seemed to be a rare occurrence. Walter was the guide and I thought he would enjoy seeing the image.

We booked two full-day combo packages through Jaco 360 during our recent one-week stay. We got exactly what we booked and were very happy with the service we received from Rolando...he was great!!!
There was an issue with the horseback riding at Adventure Park, but it was no fault of Jaco 360. There was a weight restriction that they were unaware of, but it is also not advertised (or any compensation made) by Adventure Park and Hotel Vista Golfo.
Jaco 360 is definitely the way to go when booking an excursion. All vehicles used to transport you to the fun are very new and comfortable...and the drivers are awesome!

Eric was very helpful in the planning and fine-tuning of my group's schedule. There were 7 of us total. We had people in the group who came later and left sooner than others, others who chose not to go on certain tours, etc. Eric was very helpful in planning around the schedules. The shuttle service was also very helpful (especially after a night of fun when driving is the last thing on your mind) and basically made the tours seamless.
Going through Jaco 360 ensures you will see what you want to see, and do what you want to do.

i wish I had done all my tours with this company. Arranged for my tour to a nearby preserve, and since there were no other people going beside myself and my husband, provided our own guide as long as we paid the price to another attendee. Expert guide.
Much better than the tour we had with a well known bus company

We had a wonderful trip to Tortuga Island today! Our captain, JD, was outstanding, and his crew were all wonderful, attentive, and went out of their way to be genuinely helpful. I'm a single parent, had my 8-year old son who had never been on a boat and JD's crew helped my son find his way to the restroom helped him learn how to snorkel, staying close to make sure he felt confident and safe, checked up on us repeatedly to make sure we constantly had drinks, food, whatever we needed. This trip was $20-$30 less than Calypso and I can not imagine that Calypso could be any better. We had an absolutely wonderful time. I would not change a thing:) Thank you Brian, JD and crew for a wonderful time!

“Comfortable and fast boat trip to Jaco”

We took the boat trip from Montezuma to Jaco. The 3 guys driving us were nice and funny. The boat was very clean and comfortable. On our way we even saw turtles in the water.
A bit pricy, but a good trip, which saves time to travel.
Our bags were packed into plastic bags, which kept them dry. After we arrived at Jaco beach, our private shuttle bus (which was included in the trip and price) was already there waiting and we could continue our travel to Manuel Antonio.y!

If you are considering traveling to costa rica, dont even shop!!!! Give eric a call at JACO 360 for all your travels needs. The service is better than i thought was out there. The staff at jaco 360 is light years beyond companies i have used in the past. i have traveled for 10 years to hundreds of places and this tops them ALL!!!!!! i could go on for hours but there is no need. Check these guys out and you wont be disappointed!!! ask for Rolando, he is a great guide and super cool guy!!!

"I would definitely recommend this tour (and Walter if you can get him)."
My family did the horseback ride to the top of the trail. We then hiked down to the water fall through the lush rain forest. Walter was our guide and naturalist. His knowledge of the flora and fauna was amazing. He was also very friendly and spoke excellent English. We got to see some wild otters, poison dart frog, many interesting insects, an eyelash viper, toucans, and many other amazing aspects of the rain forest. After the hike (which I would consider only if you are in good physical condition), we swam in a nice deep water natural pool with a waterfall. The boys had a great time jumping off the rocks.

Jaco360 operated in conjunction with our timeshare service. From the moment they took my wife and I to our villa, they showered us with helpful info and offers. Their staff is always willing to help, and with this being our first trip to CR, we were a little overwhelmed. Although we didn't really go on many excursions and tours since our trip was mainly for R&R beachside, Jaco360 was tremendously helpful with assisting with transportation. INTERBUS screwed us with our shuttle back to the airport, but Jaco360 slipped us into one of their airport shuttles. We made our flight back home, and dodged a bullet. Thanks guys! True Pura Vida experience.

I came to Costa Rica for a research trip, but I wanted to have fun, too. Jaco360 had an awesome canopy zipline tour, and it was such a great time! They didn't overbook the tour (only a couple other people and two guides), so it went at a great pace. The guides were super friendly and funny. They were extremely safe, and afterwards we got fresh pineapple :) yummm! I would definitely recommend it to everyone! Also, the Jaco360 staff are the best! Ask for Rolando!!

Eric and team organized everything for us: accommodations, chef services, transport and activities. He received us personally at the airport and was patient in waiting for all members of the group to arrive.

I had a wonderful time on my stay in San Jose and Jaco Beach. Jaco360 went out of their way to make sure your vacation needs were met. Our entire agenda was set and worked to perfection. I just wish we had more time to everything that was available. We were in country for 5 days and that was not nearly enough time to do all that we wanted. The off shore fishing was good by east coast standards even though this is not a peak fishing time. I plan on returning to undertake some of the activities that we missed like viewing the volcano and riding atv's on the jungle tours. Hats off to Eric Holzgang for being a great host!!!

This is our second time using the professionals at JACO360 and once again from the beginning of our trip to the end, no detail was overlooked! The multi-lingual staff is terrific. They have brand new vans, very knowledgable and friendly drivers that catered to everyone in our group. The staff booked our San Jose Hotel, Our beach house in Jaco, our fishing trips and they were all at super discounted rates! My group (like most) is not always easy to please : ) and JACO360 did a great job again! Safe Travels.

Eric's company Jaco 360 made all the difference on this trip. He was spot on with all his advice - from locations to charters to interacting with the locals, his advice was timely and accurate. This was a bachelor's party with a group of six fishermen. Transportation was punctual and safe, and provided through a new vehicle with safe driving. Most importantly, Eric's company negotiated significant discounts on all activities he arranged - a huge savings. I highly recommend Jaco 360.

We knew before going that the sights would be beautiful and interesting, but the knowledge and friendliness of Rolando (who was our guide for numerous tours) made every experience even more enjoyable. The local knowledge and willingness to answer questions was great! He was so friendly even that we became friends! A true asset to the company. Jaco 360 offers tours to all the main sights of the Jaco area plus a few not offered by other tour companies. The Tarcoles river and Tortuga Island tours were fantastic. Don't miss them!

To anyone who is visiting Jaco Beach, Costa Rica...
Do yourself and/or family a favor and call Jaco360 before traveling to Costa Rica. I read a review on TA by a MAN OR WOMAN who goes by the screen name, ZAZT! This review was way out of line and in no way should you believe it. I urge all TA visitors to read this review so you can appreciate what I am about to tell you.
My family and I spent 8 days in Jaco Beach at Costa Linda condominiums. Jaco360 provided us with the most amazing service we have ever had on ANY vacation. Ask anyone in Jaco and they will tell you to use their services. Their office was like our second home. We were there literally every day. We took advantage of their tour and transportation department. Their best tour was Tortuga Island followed by Manuel Antonio and Canopy. Very professional and courteous. Their vans were all clean and pratically brand new. They provided us with suggestions of where to eat and what to do. They also went over EVERY safety precaution imaginable. Jaco is a great little town, but it has a darker element which the average tourist never sees, only because it appears between 2:00am and 5:00am. Nonetheless, an incredible little town and if you are going, call Jaco360. You will not be dissapointed. Anyone who wants to talk to me, please respond to this post and I will call you personally!

Canceled our family vacation to PV Mexico and went to Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. Hooked up with one of the greatest companies in Jaco, if not the entire country. Talk about a "one stop shop", these guys had it covered from A to Z. The Jaco360 team made our family vacation one of the best ever! Went on their private catamaran to Tortuga Island. It was amazing! We actually saw three humpback whales, tons of dolphin and a breathtaking sunset on the way back. The crew was professional, courteous, and most of all, they paid careful attention to the safety of the passengers. We also went on a tour to Manuel Antonio National Park. Our 360 tour guide, Walter was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. Our children loved him. Jaco360 also provided us with transportation to and from the airport. Their drivers were very professional and spoke english. And their recommendation of our condominium was right on! Thanks Jaco360! Our vacation would not have been the same without you.
