Many jaco vacation rentals claim that they are on or in Jaco Beach. What they mean is they are in Jaco Beach area, like South Beach in Miami is an area but you may not be on the beach. Casa Rio Mar Jaco Beach House is on the beach. There are great sunsets every night as the beach is facing south west. Sand is light brown and the beach is very gradual to the ocean.
